Appointment Terms & Conditions:

Thank you for scheduling with Divine Skin Spa. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Modifications and cancellations can be made online 24/7 or by calling 480.626.8520.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a $49 cancellation fee, membership monthly credit, divine™ GiftCard and or daily deal voucher forfeiture.

Online and offline appointments require a valid credit/debit card. Your credit/debit card will be authorized through our third party secured network. A pending charge will be posted to your account.
